Patrik was always active.
He loved movement, and the gym was his way to reset. But as work, family, meetings, and commuting piled up, he started realizing one thing more and more often he was losing too much time just to be able to work out. The drive to the gym, changing clothes, waiting for machines, the way back. What should’ve been a one-hour workout easily turned into two. When he realized he was spending over 20 hours a month just commuting to the gym, he told himself, there has to be a better way.

He began thinking about how to create a complete training system that could fit in his living room or office. Something quick to set up, effective to use, and easy to pack away with no compromise on quality. That’s when the first idea was born: a board with resistance bands that could fully replace a traditional workout.

He tested, fine-tuned, and simplified. For months, he trained only with this tool and saw real progress. He worked out for 30–45 minutes a day, whether in the office, at home, or outdoors, and suddenly had an extra hour every day for himself, for his family, or just to enjoy a coffee. And so, MXP – Movement X-perience Performance was born. From a desire to find balance between efficiency, movement, and time.

Today, it’s used by thousands of people who’ve realized that true performance isn’t built only in gyms but in the decision to stop making excuses.
